Isla Nycta's Terms of Service - this stands separate from our general rulesets for our various game franchises and community code of conduct, and covers purchases through Isla Nycta. This list is non-exhaustive, and may change or be updated without warning - however, Isla Nycta staff will do its best to maintain clarity with the community.

Isla Nycta LLC. is in no way affiliated or partnered with Afterthought LLC., Wildcard Studios or Snailgames, Alderon Games, BeAwesome Games, etc., and cannot provide official game, server, or account support. For any issues with any servers under the Isla Nycta property, please contact staff through the official Isla Nycta Discord.

All payments will be made in the full value of their worth, according to the prices posted by Isla Nycta LLC. No payment plans will be offered.

No items purchased through Isla Nycta LLC. can be traded, resold, or bartered by the purchaser to another user.

All purchases made through Isla Nycta on any platform are wholly virtual products and retain no physical value.

With every purchase through our outlets at Isla Nycta, you accept an unspecified amount of risk involved, such as server downtime, server crashes, server rollbacks, DDoS attacks, database malfunctions, etc. You accept that such circumstances are a staple of any online gaming experience, and that Isla Nycta will have implemented as many safeguards and measures to ensure that the user experience is as stable as possible. You accept that you are not entitled to refunds, and retain the right to seek out staff member assistance regarding purchases.

At any time, Isla Nycta LLC may decide to shut down and cease the operation of particular premium goods and services, memberships, servers, etc. indefinitely or permanently. No refunds will be given for the purchased items.

If you commit rule violations in enough severity or quantity to warrant a ban (regardless of temporary or indefinite), refunds will not be provided for any product.

Any charge-backs on our Patreon, KoFi, Paypal, or any other third-party service will result in an immediate ban from the Isla Nycta Community.
